中国面白雑貨買い歩る記 (新潮文庫)

　1983年から何回かに渡って、日本の漫画家たちがツアーを組んで中国を旅したことがあった。最初は中国の美術家協会から招待されて行ったのだが、次第に「雑貨」を買い漁るため自分たちで企画・旅行するようになる。中国には、実に面白い雑貨が多いのだ。その写真、体験記を一冊にまとめたのが本書。
　参加しているのは、鈴木義司、出光永、富永一朗、ヒサクニヒコ、古川タク、岩本久則、しとうきねお、浜田貫太郎、矢尾板賢吉、矢野徳、山口太一の11人。
　ものすごい数の雑貨が収められている。玩具、バケツ、人形、置物、服、はんこ、鋏などなど。見ているだけで面白い。しかも、カラー写真なので嬉しい。参加者による漫画も多数。
